Ordering of tge part was easy once I was able to give the car manufactures part number. The goods arrived 7 days after placing the online order. I do not like the bonus feature on the App it is not usuful and in my case I find it fustrating.

I have used AUTODOC for three years now and as long as you plan ahead you get the parts you ordered in reasonable time . The choice is great from cheap end to expensive end . The down side is you have to be careful about fitting the new part which turns out to be faulty . Their policy is once it has been fitted and used they don’t refund or exchange. But I did experience this personally. After a lot of emails backwards and forwards they did refund me . They are head shoulders above Europart’s .

Having used autodoc for a while I have found that every item has been the right one ,which can't always be said for other motor factors , so I highly recommend

Really happy with the service I have received from AUTODOC. The only issue I have is with the delivery charges especially regarding small items.

Good website, plenty of choice at various pricepoints. Clear info on the oil standards. did offer me several choices of cabin pollen panel filters where it wasnt completely clear if applicable to my model with climate control.

I am able to find everything I need at autodoc, delivery can sometimes be long but unless its an urgent part its not a big deal. Only downside is not being able to get past the automated chat support which I think needs addressing.

Ordered a MAF from here. Stated that it was OE Quality. Having not resolved the problem I had to take the car to a garage who diagnosed the brand new MAF was faulty. Not impressed with the fact that budget, Far East products are marketed as OE Quality because it's a comical claim when you realise they're Wish/Temu standard parts. AutoDoc would do well to remove the poor quality items and just leave the decent branded parts instead. However, my complaint was listened to (only when I got the garage to provide an invoice stating the MAF was faulty) and not only did AD 100% refund my original order, I was also refunded the labour charge incurred in diagnosing the fault and for that I am very grateful and very impressed. Customer services were responsive, friendly and helpful. So yes, I would use AD again but I would stick to the branded parts.

Hello! Since the part was in usage and is not in a new condition, the issue is investigated under warranty process. Only during the investigation we with manufacturer can make a decision, whether part was faulty, installation was done not properly or indicate other reason that led to defect of part.
