“It's a good outfit but needs an improvement to it's website. It's not straightforward enough. My only criticism, as the quality and the delivery is up with the best.”

“Parts arrived and fitted as expected. The only thing that wasn't great was that i did not receive any delivery notifications until the actual day but that aside, everything was good.”

“Would of been excellent but the delivery process is long, it took 2 days for the item to be processed and sent out for delivery but it was a good competitive pruce and well packed. Would use again”

“Refund policy excellent. Delivery via Evri is a little slow even by Evri poor standards. I certainly would never use Evri due to it taking over 3 months to recompense me for a parcel they failed to deliver. So Autodoc i'm sure you would have a better delivery using someone else. I rate Autodoc very high for quality and service 5 star.”

“1 ordered tyre for my car on 21st of October 2025 and still there is no delivery date given. At the time of purchase they do not give any delivery date as well. the delivery status showing at custom. I do not recommend this website to purchase products. only purchase when you have at least 10 days to have your part or product. overall for a little cheaper but have to wait for days and sometime weaks. I'm not going to order anything from this website in futur”

“Great product availability and good prices. I would give them a 5 however it does take over a week for items to be shipped to the UK which is too long and I only buy from them if I am able to wait for the parts.”
