As i said before shocking delivery time almost 3 weeks and paying a premium for delivery products good but cant work round delivery time delivery time was not down to local courier’s but at source in Germany

I wish I could give them negative reviews. I placed an order and 2 months later it still had not arrived, Autodoc opened an investigation which went on for months, without refund or new parts being sent so I could fix my car. In the mean time I had to purchase new parts to get my car on the road. Horrible customer service and a waste of time and money dealing with them. Once I placed the review things changed. I have updated them to two stars. Once my 1 star review went up autodoc contacted me and sent me a refund for undelivered part and gave me a credit on my next purchase. Without my review I believe my issue would still be unresolved. I will update my review in the future as I have more experience with them.

Have used Autodoc for quite some time the parts i normally buy have doubled in price even with the discount added, also customer service is terrible takes days to get back to you,I’m looking for parts elsewhere now

Good choice of parts and reasonable prices. Currently have an issue with a door lock. (BUGIAD BSP20491) Staff continue to refer a STARK part I never even ordered and telling me its incompatible with my vin number. But it says on website my car is compatible with the door lock I ordered. The door lock still works, but the micro switch is playing up/not working. So its faulty. Staff are incompetent. Clearly cant even get part numbers right. Cant see how a part is incompatible when their app/website says it is. Seems to me they don’t want to pay out for warranty claims. Well can tell you now AUTODOC. I will be pursuing this and you will be sending me a replacement door lock.

If you want your parts quickly do not order from AUTODOC, their prices are excellent hence why they got a two star rating from me. The delivery times and communication are terrible. They list parts as “in stock” but then don’t dispatch them for a week. If something is in stock then you would expect a same day or next day dispatch? The app is good, the prices are great, the variation and number of available parts is excellent. They just need to sort out their logistics and customer service.

I have placed the order at 28.04 and received email 04.05 that my order has been packed few minutes ago so does not look like your order will be ready within 48 hours,reading reviews i only hope receiving my parts as i have ordered them.Next step is delivery which will take from 5 to 7 working days.

Not good my I ordered a 4 items and as soon as I hit order they changed 2 items to inferior Chinese stark brand parts. Which are listed way expensive to look like they are quality pieces in reality you replace it with them it will break in a week. I have put my Order number in the review so if autodoc reads this send me correct parts or give my money back 29229832

I ordered ignition coils for my car was working fine delivery wasnt too long but after not long the coils failed then after giving them all the relevant information they have asked for I have now been waiting over a month for a response I've been told different things from different people I have spoken to regarding what's happening so in short if you have any problems they are useless at dealing with things when things go wrong
