“Ordered parts for my Golf more than week ago - 2020-10-14. Order is still not shipped. "Waiting for collection by the transport company" since Monday. Customer support promising to ship "today or latest tomorrow" since this Monday but nothing is happening. ... Well, finally almost delivered (expected tomorrow). Thanks to support team from autodoc.co.uk. I hope that it was just a temporary problem and Autodoc will recover eventually. And just an advice for on-site customer support - it's better to describe the real situation to customer, even if this situation is not good rather than provide fancy reasons”

“I ordered a front bumper chrome strip for my car yesterday, today I received an email advising it was no longer available but I could have a replacement for the same price, I had to supply full vehicle info which I really didn't fancy doing, so I clicked on their onlim=ne chat, I 'spoke' to a nice chap who offered a refund without any hassle within 3-4 working days. Since I paid via Paypal I checked out my account status and found it had already been refunded. Many thanks Autodoc. The refund is greatly appreciated.”

“Well after reading negative comments on here I ordered a brake master cylinder for my old Mk3 escort very early bendix unit couldn’t find one at all in the uk so I found one on AUTODOC website ordered it on the 13th of may and it arrived today so can’t moan with this current situation so thankyou AUTODOC my car now stops and not loosing brake fluid so I’m happy and will definitely use you again”

“I have had no big issues with this company but this is my first time ordering from them, my only concern is I have placed quite a large order and have tried to Get in contact to find out when I should expect these parts and if the covid 19 pandemic will be affecting my delivery date, I don’t know if it’s going to be another week or even month, the live chats are very unresponsive”

“Ordered a clutch kit from Autodoc but wasn't until the kit arrived there was a specification bulletin in the box stating Vauxhall had done a modification on my model half way through production so the clutch I'd ordered wouldn't fit, so I re-ordered the correct kit from Autodoc. The issue I'm having now is returning the first unused clutch kit back to Autodoc, they confirmed I can return the item n sent out a returns label but they haven't sent out the shipping label and they won't accept the item without it. I've contacted Autodoc through email n chat n still I'm waiting for the shipping label. Autodoc now won't reply to my emails n when I explain the issue on chat they just leave the conversation, the telephone number for Autodoc on my invoice is not recognised. This is my experience with Autodoc and I'm very disappointed, I'll leave it to your discretion whether you use this company for your parts or not.”

“Ordered 3x brands/ 10 items which were cheaper than other online retailers including Ebay & Amazon. All arrived safe and sound with correct brands as specified. However was starting to get worried after reading the reviews on this site. Especially after 7 days since my order, as hadn't heard a peep from AutoDoc. I emailed them on the 7th day in the morning as needed parts desperately before weekend. Got a reply a couple of hours later advising delivery in the afternoon. Relief when all delivered that afternoon . My only real gripe is why advertise 3 - 5 days delivery when it appears 7 days + is not unusual?”

By this tracking number the package location can be checked at any time. Usually the delivery takes 3-5 business days.
