Ordered parts for my Golf more than week ago - 2020-10-14. Order is still not shipped. "Waiting for collection by the transport company" since Monday. Customer support promising to ship "today or latest tomorrow" since this Monday but nothing is happening. ... Well, finally almost delivered (expected tomorrow). Thanks to support team from autodoc.co.uk. I hope that it was just a temporary problem and Autodoc will recover eventually. And just an advice for on-site customer support - it's better to describe the real situation to customer, even if this situation is not good rather than provide fancy reasons
