Ordered 3x brands/ 10 items which were cheaper than other online retailers including Ebay & Amazon. All arrived safe and sound with correct brands as specified. However was starting to get worried after reading the reviews on this site. Especially after 7 days since my order, as hadn't heard a peep from AutoDoc. I emailed them on the 7th day in the morning as needed parts desperately before weekend. Got a reply a couple of hours later advising delivery in the afternoon. Relief when all delivered that afternoon . My only real gripe is why advertise 3 - 5 days delivery when it appears 7 days + is not unusual?
