My item has been stuck in customs for over a month due to “missing customs data “
I’ve failed to get a straight answer
If they have done anything....it’s not clear what.
I’ve had a few excuses
I’ve bought elsewhere....now I’m getting the run around getting a refund.
They might be cheaper than others....but not worth the hassle. Besides, it’s not cheaper if you have to buy elsewhere anyway.
