Buyer beware, would not recommend ! Placed an order, waited weeks for the items to be sent, tracking showed the parcel never left Germany - ended up cancelling and gaining refund, now being constantly emailed/called to say the item was delivered... threatening legal action ! not sure on the scam but would not buy from this company...

Dear Mr Rye, Please note that we have received the confirmation from the GLS that the package has been delivered (you're welcome to check the tracking history yourself). Besides, a full order amount refund has been already issued to your bank account. As you're claiming you have not got anything, we have to provide the delivery company with a proof of it in the form of the document signed by you. Auto Doc unverantwortlich Ich habe ein Fußmatte gekauft für mein Auto, nach 4 Tage wurde der Artikel gesendet. Nach Erhalt habe ich in mein Auto probiert aber das passt nicht, es war zu klein. Ich habe mit Kundendienst kontaktiert, (war nicht hilfreich und ganz unhöflich) mir wurde gesagt ich soll Versandkosten und Rückversandkosten selbst bezahlen, warum soll ich selbst übernehmen die Kosten wenn die falsche Produkt gesendet ist. ich habe 17.81 Euro bezahlt und ich werde 4 euro Erstattung haben wenn ich sende zurück. Das ist einfach unakzeptable, unmoralisch, unhöflich. Warum soll man selbst bezahlen die Kosten für falsche Artikel. Ich habe mein 1 Stunde verschwendet mit Kundendienst aber keine logische Lösung gefunden. Auftragsnummer: 42865960

Ordered parts using my vin number and correct vehicle details. Showed as matching my vehicle. Front springs correct but strut mount too big. The spring is smaller than the mount so how can both be marked as fitting. Rear spring top mount is for a vehicle with McPherson strut even though 2009 outlander has multi link suspension. The item packaging even states they are for the newer model. Emailed autodoc germany, autodoc uk, messages through app yet a week later all I've had is a generic e mail to say to send back at MY expense for refund. I dont want refund. I want a pre paid label for return and the correct parts sent so that I can put my vehicle back together. Simple. Online chat was in German. I asked to use english and the chat replied in german and then immediately ended chat. I've used autodoc.uk for lots of vehicles with great experiences but due to brexit I had to use autodoc.de. disaster. I want to add photo proof below but the option is unavailable. Mmmmm

Placed an order on the 17th of January, keep being sent a dodgy link about tracked shipping, which goes nowhere and does nothing !!!! Unfortunately I’ve had to go online and order from somewhere else now because I needed this part for my car to fix it, customer service is pathetic I don’t get a reply to my emails just get the dodgy Link coming out with tracked shipping, to be honest I suggest you find another website don’t trust this site to do anything 😢

Placed order on 3rd jan and still not received.I have now spoken to one customer advisor over a week again who promised me a response within 48 hrs but alas nothing .then spoke to 2 more using chat within last 4 days ..again same promise but nothing . In addition they have not replied to my emails . Very very disappointing customer care . I will be emailing their company director tomorrow so that I can be put in touch with someone that actually cares about my order

Placed order and payed 15 Jan, website said parts in stock, ok so i would have to wait a week for delivery, sent an email asking for an update 21 Jan, no reply, phoned 22 Jan and was told the order was on assembly line ?? and will be dispatched within the next 24 hours, so its taken 7 days to get round to dealing with my order, its now going to take up to 24 hours to pick 3 parts pack them and book the courier, its then going to take the courier up to 6 days to deliver!! I need the parts, why does it take so long especially when the website says the parts are in stock and in the UK, Nothing I can do except sit and wait with a vehicle off the road and an unhappy customer I have to deal with. oh yes, I was offered 4% discount on my next order, you can keep your 4%, just sort yourselves out and get my parts to me please

Still not recieved my order after 2 weeks. Tracking info supplied is in German and hasn't updated since day 1. When i got in touch, they've been fobbing me off, saying it would be 3-6 days. Then asking me to wait and theyll tell me in another 3 days where my order is. That's an additional 3 day wait just to be told where the order is!!! They knew when they took my money there was no way it would be delivered in 3-6 days yet said nothing and acted dumb when i asked about it

Ordered several items on 11th January but as at today the items seem to be stuck somewhere. Needed urgently now as my brake pads, shoes need replacing. Have been a regular customer before but now hesitant to use again. I am a mechanic so require parts regularly. Just want a refund so I can buy elsewhere. Parcel number 10320440392.

The first and second time I ordered from Autodoc was fine, I got lucky it seems, it was the third time when I recieved the wrong parts that I learnt about their customer service abilities; it's like their team is all truant fourteen year olds; no respect, no competence, very much a "computer says no" attitude. Two months after recieving the wrong parts the wrong refund value was eventually sent; a little too much if they still intend to send me the outstanding part i still need, too little if it was intended as a full refund; at present I still dont have a straight answer which it it, so I'm in limbo, should i order it elsewhere? I don't know... I've never written an online review before, if it's good who would bother? It's why I think reviews can give an unfair picture, and if it goes bad I understand mistakes happen, normally people sort it out asap, however in this case I've been treated like I dont matter in the slightest, and so I'd like to protect you, the reader, from making the same mistake. Completely avoid Autodoc and any other website which is also them; you can tell if the website layout is very similar and the parts cost the same, but certainly includes onlinecarparts.co.uk, and buycarparts.co.uk

Poor customer service, reluctant to answer questions about orders. After three live chats they finally admitted that there courier service GLS, who my order is with has suspended delivery to the UK and they were unable to say when I would receive my order. My order has been in transit since 05/01. First and last time I will order with AutoDoc.

Why do you raise original prices on products when you add percentages? That is cheating people.... just leave the regular price and stop the tricking people. I also don't understand the coupon system log in everyday to save up money it is supposed to be on your account for 30 days but the moment you get a little to high you delete the money off the account, even if it has only been 2 weeks. I noticed this for months and this time I have been keeping track. The delivery times are garbage always late 2 weeks and then you get a 3 euro coupon for weeks delay but wait !!! You can't even use the coupon fully on low priced items. I have also received empty part boxes from you for sensors and how do you prove that?!?! The sadest part is you as a company then buy out all of the small companies so it does not even give people the opportunity to get away from you clever.... The only good thing is the app I love the way it is set up. Auto doc could be so great if you just stopped scamming people..... I hope people wake up and see this. Or at least another company rises that you don't buy out that is at least fair..

Really bad Customer Support. I ordered,a part for my car on 17DEC2020. It was only handed over to DHL on 21DEC2020. According to the DHL website, the part has been sitting around in Germany since 22DEC2020 and now they say it's currently not possible to send small packages or parcels to the UK or Ireland. I contacted Autodoc via the chat in their app and asked that, considering the part hasn't left Germany yet, they contact DHL to have it returned to them and issue a refund (I need that part for my car to pass its MOT in January). According to Autodoc, there's a "procedure" and I have to wait until the part gets here so then I can return it to them and get my money back. Ridiculous!

Poorly listed parts - incorrect even though listed as compatible. Even ordered them using my licenceplatenumber, then somehow it is my fault they send the wrong parts. In the small print it is apparently written that parts need to be returned to GERMANY at my expense and only if parts have not been installed!! NEVER AGAIN!! Asked for solution a few times always getting the same anwser which comes down to to bad for you.....

Dear Maarten , By using license plate number you limit search to parts that fit your car model. As we've checked the item you chose fits your car model, but doesn't correspond to requirements of your car according to Original Equipment Number (OEN). EGR VALVE - Faulty Bought October 2019 Applied for my customer right to product guarantee September 2020. Application: scanned, printed, filled up, rescanned, sent Invoices: sent Photos of EGR IN ENGINE & OUT OF ENGINE provided. 50 PICTURES OF THE FAULTY PART SHOT FROM EVERY OTHER ANGLE FEATURING SERIAL NUMBERS AND ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING Everything was sent 4 times or more in the past few weeks, and every time you email me back like, "oh now we need you to print, fill up the application form, scan it and send back to us" So I go in town, I have it printed, I go back home, I fill it all up, I go back in town, I have it scanned, I send it back to you "oh now we need this" So I send you this. "oh now we need that" So I send you that. "oh now we need PDF copies of the exact same thing" So I GO BACK IN TOWN TO THE SHOP, SO I CAN GET THE PDF things of the exact same thing, then I send you PDF copies of the same thing. "oh now we need more photos of the EGR valve featuring the brand and number" So I send you 50 photos. "oh now we need stamps on the invoices" So I go back to the garage and ask them to REPRINT INVOICES. "oh now we need signatures otherwise it's not valid" So I go back to the garage and ask them to SIGN THE REPRINTS. "oh now we need you to" More scans, more paper, more going back in forth in town for scans, rescans and rerescans and signedstampedrubberednumbereddatedphtographedregisteredrerererererere-rescanned. START BACK FROM SQUARE ONE, REFILL THE EXACT SAME APPLICATION AGAIN, EXCEPT ALL ONLINE BECAUSE YOU COULD NOT SEND ME THAT IN THE VERY FIRST PLACE, INSTEAD OF SENDING ME RUNNING IN CIRCLES IN TOWN. "oh now we're only refunding half of the fitting process"After you send me an email that says I have to provide all the paperwork to apply for a full refund. I have run out of patience, you're costing me extra time, you're costing me extra money. I have now provided you EVERYTHING AND THEN SOME. It is now to a point of offsetting the saving I tried to make in the first place, making me realise that I should have ordered from a UK shop instead, and save me all that germanic nonsensical, dodgy, bullying, run in circles hassle. If you don't apply my rights, I will go to my bank instead, and show them every last correspondence I had with you, so to establish my good faith as a customer, and to demonstrate your "oh, by the way we need more stuff on top of the stuff on top of the stuff on top of the PDF copies of the stuff" tactics. The procedure is simple, it's called a chargeback claim. I show them you are being uncooperative and instead obstructive, and they'll claw the money back from you. No more ifs, no more buts, no more "oh by the way". Obvious mention at this point, I'm not buying anything else from your online con shop ever. Bit of a shame, I have 3 cars and would also order for family and friends. Quite the loss for you, I'm gone as I don't deal with crooks. To other potential customers: It's a German website WITH ZERO STOCK, they ship the parts when they have the parts. Deliveries are one week wait minimum. They also tried some bait and switch on me, with some sub par STARK branded part when I tried to purchase the EGR VALVE of my choice, which I refused, costing me more time and inconvenience. :EDIT 12 11 2020: Buycarparts - Great Britain reported this review 11.09.2020 09:05 for violating Trustpilot guidelines. "buycarparts.co.uk has reported your review because they don't believe you've had a genuine buying or service experience. Reported reviews are temporarily moved offline. We’d like to verify your experience so we can put your review back online. Help us do that by sending documentation showing your buying or service experience with buycarparts.co.uk." They still have not processed my refund. Instead they went on to ask me even more paperwork. Now they claim I'm not a genuine customer? HERE GOES: INVOICE NUMBER: 25355674 ORDER NUMBER: 23697371 CUSTOMER NUMBER: 10276771 INVOICE DATE: 02 10 2019 DATE OF ORDER: 01 10 2019 ARTICLE NUMBER 571822112084 - MAGNETTI MARELLI EGR VALVE COMMODITY CODE 84099100 WEIGHT 0.650 (kg) QUANTITY 1 PRICE EXC VAT €69.68 Now try and shut down my review again. I have sent a photo copy of the invoice to Trustpilot so to prove I am a genuine customer with genuine terrible customer experience. Since I'm getting really fed up with your multiple obstructions, I have given all this to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. 72 documents sent in total over the past 6 weeks, where's my money. UPDATE 13 11 2020 They just sent me an email, still dodging refund. Trading standards and citizens advice are aware. I am fed up, now contacting the ombudsman.

I bought a battery 2020-10-06 shipment came only 2020-10-21 autodoc Germany - Netherlands 2 weeks, a day I can go from the Netherlands to Germany and return back ..... during that time I left the Netherlands and did not pick up the shipment, shipment 2020 -10-26 go back to autodoc, then I wrote when I will be refunded I got the answer 3-5 working days, well today 2020-10-30 again I find when I will be refunded money wrote that the money was transferred to the bank account yesterday and will i get them in 2-5 days seriously? all banks in Europe execute sepa orders several times a day. liars! everything takes a very long time and a lot of lies

Why do they use the web address autodoc.co.uk they are NOT in the UK but give the impression they are. They even state Customer Services business hours for the UK at the bottom of the page, no mention of Germany. Is this just to trick people so they think they will receive the parts in a reasnable time and not have to wait over a week?

Ordered loads of parts from autodoc.fr for around 800€. Waited for a week nothing been delivered when it's clearly says dispatched in 1-2 days. Then recieved a call that something is wrong with payment even know the money left my account ages ago. Then they said they try to sort the problem out and call me back in 20min. No call OF COURSE. Recieved email instead about 1hr after which said "refund approved" when i didn't ask for that, just wanted my parts and that's all. Called again and there was women speaking very bad english language that sounded like she doesn't know what she ia doing there at all and just keep saying to try different bank account like a have full pocket of different account. Then i give up and she told me that refund will happen in next 5 working days. So my car is waiting parts allready for a week and now i need to wait while money come back and then order parts again and wait for parts to come. Do not order from Autodoc.fr or autopieces24.fr. Idiot company
