Received fresh new tires. Tire shop tried to balance them but did not succeed. Due to wrongly produced tires. That was a month ago. I am still back and fourth with them via email for reimbursement of those tires. Yet they are stalling everything and keep on saying that I need to provide more data from the tire service that they are ACTUALLY bad.................NEWER again AUTODOC......

Customer service not responding. Been over a week, absolute rubbish! Waisting my time! Just because of you I have car standing in a garage and unhappy customer aswell. Wouldn't recommend this seller! Better to pay more but you get your parts on time! Would give you 0 stars if I could!

Wrong part recieved. Item returned. Waited 1 month for a refund, yes 1 month and 4 days. Swindled/conned me out of £3.95 to pay for the return. Shark of a company. Buy your parts else where.

As soon as the part was returned and checked we have provided you a refund. The "Safe Order" option with cost £3.95 is providing you a possibility to return not mounted parts for our expenses, otherwise your've had to return the part by your own costs withing 14 days since you've received the parcel. However as you have purchased "Safe Order" along with the part - you have returned the part with our's return label, so the option has been used and we are not able to provide a refund for that. JUST ONE WORD FOR IT : THEFT After almost EIGHT months of stonewalling, inaction and time wasting I’m still waiting to get all of my money back from these people. Having refused to let it drop, I finally had an email on the 7th of May at 8.20 telling me that my warranty claim had been approved. 6 hours later I had another email telling me it was in fact just a partial refund (for the pump, due anyway) and the rest (legally due fitting and dismantling costs) was still “under consideration”. In the first instance, I was just offered a website credit, obviously refused by me. On the 18th of June I had an email telling me I was in effect only getting £65.88 paid back out of a total of £227.62 due for the garage costs, a figure which has been known since the 29th of October 2019, claimed with full supporting documentation and accepted by the company. These people are liars and totally dishonest. The payment I have received does not comply with either German or European law, a fact I have pointed out. They are just keeping my money, which in my book is theft, pure and simple. If, incredibly, you are still minded to do business with this company, do yourself a favour: (1) Read all the negative reviews on this site and others – there is a good chance that they at least will be true; (2) Pay with something which will allow you to get your money back such as PayPal or a credit card; (3) Be aware that Paypal have a six month limit to make a claim – I was strung along for more than that and went past the limit, however the credit card backing Paypal may have a far longer period in which to claim; (4) Resist all unreasonable attempts to make you pay postage to send things back; (5) Be aware that if you are intending to obtain money back from a “pledge” part, you will have to pay the postage and in many cases it could be very largely cost ineffective; (6) Remember this company has absolutely no idea what Customer Services are (or just doesn’t care) so you can expect mindless, uncoordinated, automated responses; (7) If something goes wrong you can expect to spend months attempting to get resolution and they will be hoping you’re just going to drop it - don’t, take it public, tell others; (8) Be aware that when making a claim there is a whole performance to go through concerning the provision of stamped invoices (even though this is not normally accepted UK practice), proof of hours worked fitting parts etc; (9) It is telling that this company refuses to participate in the legal arbitration procedures normally available in Germany (assuming you even wanted to do that), and it also does not participate in the Trusted Shops initiative in Germany, where you would have some protection. MY ADVICE : GO ELSEWHERE, IN THE UK, PAY MORE AND GET PROPER, HONEST SERVICE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY – YOU WILL REGRET IT, BELIEVE ME. 23/6/20 ANOTHER DOLLUP OF GUFF FROM AUTODOC… This is just utter nonsense. YOU are responsible for meeting claims, not the manufacturer. Why? Because : (1) you don’t state in your T & C’s that you are acting as an agent for the manufacturer (don’t bother correcting it, we’ve got copies of what they were); (2) the legal contract taken out was between us and not myself and the manufacturer; (3) your staff deal with the claims, not the manufacturer’s ; (4) all the claims paperwork is on your headed paper; (5) you refused point blank to facilitate any contact between me and the manufacturer; and (6) under German law it is the seller who is responsible for warranties to the consumer, not the producer - you are of course free as the supplier to take your own actions in respect of the manufacturer independently. Consequently your constant references to seeking approval from the manufacturer are entirely false and misleading. Even if you were correct, it is not up to the manufacturer (General Ricambi in my case) to “make a decision” as though they had freedom of choice in the matter. The manufacturer is bound to obey the European legislation in force, under which they are obliged to refund all of the costs that were claimed. Just to start with, I have reported you to the European Consumer Centre in the UK and am handing them a full file on my case. This will catch up with you in Germany where you will inevitably be contacted by the German Consumer Centre . This will have the benefit of drawing the German authorities’ attention to your activities and the manner in which you conduct business, although I suspect they have already had a substantial volume of local complaints.

The parts that I purchased were faulty but only found out after they were fitted and the suspension ball joint had a rattle. When disassembled the ball joint had nearly come away from the wishbone so could have been very dangerous. We must have exchanged 50 emails now where they just keep asking for more details. They have since offered to pay for the service work to replace the item and the part and now they have withdrawn the offer saying that because the mechanic used loctite then the parts have become damaged. I am now seeking the process to take them to court. They are a really bad company.

Bad customer service. They never shipped my order. I cancelled it. Still waiting for a refund; already waiting 2 weeks and emailing them daily... I will not buy from them again.

Avoid at all costs. Literally, pay someone else more to actually get what you need in the condition you expect it. The package was poorly packaged so came apart in transit and the social distancing courier left a pile of battered parts on my doorstep and legged it. They are not interested, have no care or even acknowledge that there was a problem. I could, at best, pay out of my own pocket to return the parts, but would only get a refund for goods if they were in an as-new state (which they clearly weren't). They have a complete disregard for UK consumer rights laws (and are based in Germany). Every email will come from a different name and they will keep you trapped in a loop of endless nothing. I dread to think how bad a warranty claim might be with this scum. AVOID.

Received a part that is not compatible with the engine due to an error on their end! Wanted to return it but they never replied to my emails! Huge lack of professionalism!

Had to give 1 star as cannot give none. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, I WOULD RATHER LICK A COVID PATIENT THAN DEAL WITH THESE EVER AGAIN ! at first glance, and first couple of orders, ok i guess if you dont mind the wait. But the worst experience i have ever had with customer services. paid over a hundred pounds on a throttle body for my vehicle. on arrival i connected electrically to test prior to fitting, Failed test, faulty part put a code up as soon as connected, not even fully fitted. contacted autodoc, told it will take 8 weeks for a warranty claim, no returns label for faulty goods, i have to fill in a online form giving details then they will consider sending out a returns label. it is not a warranty claim if it has never worked, it is faulty and should be replaced at autodocs expense and not down to me to do anything other than print label off and take to post office. four conversations later and not even allowed to speak with a manager, apparently they dont deal with customers. NEVER AGAIN ! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED !

Only during the investigation manufacturer can make a decision, whether part was faulty, installation was done not properly or indicate other reason that led to defect of part. The decision is made by manufacturer. We always do our best to help our customers prepare all related documents to speed up the process and to increase chances of successful warranty. We have asked you several times to complete warranty form to enable us to start warranty process. Still now we haven't received the form and related documents. Very disappointed in this company. First of all, using .co.uk is misleading as I had assumed they were located in the UK. Turns out, they're in Germany. No big deal you would think, but their lead times for delivery are appalling. Goods ordered 26/5 and so far as of 7/6 there is no sign of them. Used their online chat and while James was as helpful as he could be, he was not able to tell me where the goods are or when I can expect them. Their logistics company may be having issues, but this is ridiculous. Should just have paid a bit more and bought locally. My advice is? Don't use them if you can't plan at least 3 weeks in advance. And have a backup option too. I'll never use them again.

took weeks to arrive in uk and was then advised my mirror was at the delivery depot as my address was incomplete!!! picked up mirror and was the wrong one. I gave them the year of car so was not difficult to know what the correct mirror was. wouldnt take it back and said the correct mirror was not available. End of!! useless company. dont waste your money.

Warning!! Probably a okey company if everything works but if you have any problems they will be a pain to work with. Dont trust their site when it says a part will fit your car. I did and when it's not even close to fitting they dont take any responsibility and says it is my problem.

i purchased flexible brake pipes on 30th March 2020 its now 19th may 2020 no pipes, they keep telling me its an address issue yet i paid via paypal and my address on paypal is correct i get lots of car parts delivered, they have not refunded my payment and insist the pipes are at the courier ware house i asked if the address is wrong it was your end not mine. why do you not correct the address as you know it and deliver my parts. NO REPLY NO REFUND Mr R Winder kent

Good prices, fast shipping, good selectio, but... Ordered a part. Still not clear if I made a mistake or if their website suggested the wrong part, but received a part that clearly does not fit my car. Sent a mail asking about this, and they confirmed the part *should* fit my car. After countless emails with autodoc, I'm giving up. Even though their database seems to be incorrect, I got nothing: the part is too cheap to return, but they wouldn't even meet me halfway on shipping for the correct part. Unfortunately, it seems like this company has more or less cornered the market on car parts as they (and all of their Berlin-based partners that have websites in all EU countries) don't seem to have any significant competition.

I hope you are reading this before you have placed an order. Following an unhelpful response to my concern I informed Autodoc that I would leave a poor review. A company that is not upset by bad reviews should not be trusted. I purchased a timing belt kit which took a long time to arrive. The belt was incorrect and as I needed the car urgently I purchased a second belt from another company and completed the job. I asked how I should return the incorrect unused belt and was told that I could not. I could only return the complete kit. Autodoc sent the incorrect part and refused to compensate or accept a return. Your choice whether to use them or not.

I have a terrible experience with Autodoc costumer service. They sent me a product that was physically broken (on the box there were stickers of many returns already), when I contacted them that I want to return the product which is withing my right (withing 14 days) they told me to fill out warranty card. I explained that claiming warranty on a physically broken product is illegal and considered fraud and that I don't want to do it. They still insist that I should claim warranty and therfore trying to force me to commit fraud by causing damage to the manufacturer of the product. I don't trust their services anymore and I still didn't get my money back for the product that they sent damaged, even after admitting that they sent a broken product.

Placed two orders with Autodoc, Both have arrived in the boxes relevant to my order, One a glow plug relay, ordered a swag unit more costly! Swag box came but inside was a Febi unit which is a Cheaper Brand? Other order for Wheel bearing kit which looks ok, But Stub axle ordered once again a more expensive item but more concerning it looks as though any identifying marks have recently been ground away? If this is correct it could be classed as fraud. Email sent to customer services awaiting response!
