Very disappointed in this company. First of all, using .co.uk is misleading as I had assumed they were located in the UK. Turns out, they're in Germany. No big deal you would think, but their lead times for delivery are appalling. Goods ordered 26/5 and so far as of 7/6 there is no sign of them. Used their online chat and while James was as helpful as he could be, he was not able to tell me where the goods are or when I can expect them. Their logistics company may be having issues, but this is ridiculous. Should just have paid a bit more and bought locally. My advice is? Don't use them if you can't plan at least 3 weeks in advance. And have a backup option too. I'll never use them again.
