i purchased flexible brake pipes on 30th March 2020 its now 19th may 2020 no pipes, they keep telling me its an address issue yet i paid via paypal and my address on paypal is correct i get lots of car parts delivered, they have not refunded my payment and insist the pipes are at the courier ware house i asked if the address is wrong it was your end not mine. why do you not correct the address as you know it and deliver my parts. NO REPLY NO REFUND Mr R Winder kent

Good prices, fast shipping, good selectio, but... Ordered a part. Still not clear if I made a mistake or if their website suggested the wrong part, but received a part that clearly does not fit my car. Sent a mail asking about this, and they confirmed the part *should* fit my car. After countless emails with autodoc, I'm giving up. Even though their database seems to be incorrect, I got nothing: the part is too cheap to return, but they wouldn't even meet me halfway on shipping for the correct part. Unfortunately, it seems like this company has more or less cornered the market on car parts as they (and all of their Berlin-based partners that have websites in all EU countries) don't seem to have any significant competition.

I hope you are reading this before you have placed an order. Following an unhelpful response to my concern I informed Autodoc that I would leave a poor review. A company that is not upset by bad reviews should not be trusted. I purchased a timing belt kit which took a long time to arrive. The belt was incorrect and as I needed the car urgently I purchased a second belt from another company and completed the job. I asked how I should return the incorrect unused belt and was told that I could not. I could only return the complete kit. Autodoc sent the incorrect part and refused to compensate or accept a return. Your choice whether to use them or not.

You were informed, that the returning is possible only if the full kit that you ordered is new and unused. However you used parts from the kit, exept the timing belt. I have a terrible experience with Autodoc costumer service. They sent me a product that was physically broken (on the box there were stickers of many returns already), when I contacted them that I want to return the product which is withing my right (withing 14 days) they told me to fill out warranty card. I explained that claiming warranty on a physically broken product is illegal and considered fraud and that I don't want to do it. They still insist that I should claim warranty and therfore trying to force me to commit fraud by causing damage to the manufacturer of the product. I don't trust their services anymore and I still didn't get my money back for the product that they sent damaged, even after admitting that they sent a broken product.

As that was an electrical product and you've tried to connect that, then the returning is possible only as a warranty case. Placed two orders with Autodoc, Both have arrived in the boxes relevant to my order, One a glow plug relay, ordered a swag unit more costly! Swag box came but inside was a Febi unit which is a Cheaper Brand? Other order for Wheel bearing kit which looks ok, But Stub axle ordered once again a more expensive item but more concerning it looks as though any identifying marks have recently been ground away? If this is correct it could be classed as fraud. Email sent to customer services awaiting response!

I ordered off them 4 weeks ago . After two weeks , I realized my order still wasn’t dispatched. I went on their live chat , and they promised me it would be dispatched that evening. This went on for another week. Four weeks later I still haven’t received my order . I paid €20 in postage , so I expected it quicker . Customer care is not very helpful , and very slow.

Absolutely a shocking company who doesn't give a damn about their customers, they say the courier lost my order but want me to return a hand filled in form which I received by email!!! Which at the moment is impossible and I have already been waiting for 2 weeks for my order, very few have made me as angry as they have!!! GRRRRRRRRRR

I have order a kit (link set suspenssion MAPCO 53630) for my BMW and when i start change all i saw that the control arm it was made wrong by fabrication and impossible to be use. I ask them what i can do with that and send them picture with the original pice and the new one and it's see more than obvious that it's made wrong and can not be used and someone just told me that "the pice can not be use " and to do a warranty case if i want that's was all the help..really amnoying. I have buy a lot of think from them but this it was a really bad experience..

I totally agree with John. I had exactly the same issue, the OEN on the website was correct for my required part but was no way compatible. When I contacted them they said to send it back To Germany at my expense, when I pointed out that as the “pre order information” was incorrect and under the distance selling regs they were responsible for the cost of the return shipping they just ignored me. I have contacted them by email many times, you never get a reply from the same person twice and they just send you round in circles. I took out a dispute with PayPal pointing out the cost of the return postage issue, they did half a job and the refunded the cost of the product but no mention of the postage, so they are not much use either. Just beware when thinking of Auto doc that the info on the website may not be accurate and that you will be responsible financially for their slapdash approach.

The worst company ever! I'm still waiting for refund, almost since month we have return goods, email them several times, chat two times, given them shipmet ID, 200€ they need to refund us. They say on website: We can refuse to make the refund until we have received back the goods or until you have produced evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. We have given them shipment ID, witch is evidence, has check from EU consumer help, still they preted that they do not know what that means and do not give us money back.

Invoice number: 29085840 Order number: 28897249 Flywheel code number: 415 0241 10 Lock cylinder code number: 80/1024 *Absolutely the worst company I've ever experienced, despite of the long time delivery!! I'm still waiting for my refund after more than a month, email them several times, nearly 300€ they need to refund me (be careful these people!! They are scammers and liars!!) even more shocking they told me they've made the refund transaction, BUT IS NOT TRUE!! Do not buy anything from Autodoc, you will regret it!! you have been warned!!

I order 2 of these brake discs: STARK SKBD-0022870 When I should change them on my car, they did not fit, the problem is that I did get: STARK SKBD-0020337 that is not med for my car. Autodoc admit they made an auto change of my order, but refuses to send me the discs I did order. In my world, you get what you pay for, if I order A I should get A, if you get B, then they should send A and get back B. Now I have discs I did not order, but payed for and they are not correct for my car. If you like Autodoc finds this OK, then go ahead and buy from them. If you want what you order, choose another company for your orders. They find it OK to send what ever parts, if you are lucky maybe you get something you actually did order...

In unprecedented times it may seem a little cruel to give a bad review however, I ordered a £1.50 seal for a vacuum pump from autodoc 16 days ago with an £8.50 delivery charge. since that time, and according to the tracker number, it has been sat in Germany not moving. Im fine with a delay during the covid-19 situation, but if your willing to charge a premium for delivery then you must also provide the service. I can not use my car until I receive this part to fix it. Not acceptable, avoid at all costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The worst online experience I have ever had. I ordered a steering pump in mid September 2019. They sent entirely the wrong part, followed by a part that was correct but judged defective by the BMW technicians at my garage. A replacement sourced from another manufacturer was also incorrect – denied by Autodoc, so I had to contact the Belgian manufacturer directly to get their email confirmation that it was indeed wrong. After two and a half months I finally received a valid part, which cost me £116.35 at the end of the day. I was however forced to pay out twice for parts because the second faulty part was made the subject of a warranty claim, supposed to take two months to process, and I needed to get something that worked asap so I could get my car back on the road. Having provided a claim form at the end of October, they sat on it for a month before finally doing something with it. It is now five months since they say they submitted it and still they haven’t paid up. They continually state the manufacturer’s approval is required and there is nothing they can do without it. I repeatedly suggested they call up the manufacturer directly but they haven’t – they seem totally incapable of managing and chasing up situations like this, preferring instead to hide behind their usual mantra that it’s all someone else’s fault. My repeated requests to know what they have actually done apart from firing off the occasional email never get answered. I paid out £169.76 on the first pump and incurred £272.62 for abortive garage costs, so at this point I’m £397.38 down. The customer service defies belief. Cases seem to be picked up by whoever happens to be around, which means there are far too many operatives dealing with it, and nobody follows it in detail. As a consequence you get incessantly repeated requests for information when you have already given it several times already. Absolutely useless. Deal with them at your peril – YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Ordered a part based on inputting vehicle registration number into their website. When the part was delivered, it was incorrect. I emailed the company advising them of their error. They emailed back asking me to return the part at my expense! I responded stating that I had used their website to determine the correct part so why should I be responsible for paying for their error. They refused to acknowledge the point. I would not recommend this company and having now seen other reviews, they simply offer no customer service.

Very long time for shipping in my case it’s been more than a week and the trace code shows that it’s not even delivered to the post company. More importantly, Very deceiving information in terms of shipping and returning the product. So without the Safe Order you can return the parts within 14 days since the day you got the part, on your own expenses on top of that no garantie that it will work on your car in the same time all the complained parts should be new, unmounted.
