Where do I begin? Two weeks ago I ordered an ignition coil from AutoDoc and paid via ApplePay on there App. I instantly received an order confirmation (Order number 28877520) and after that complete silence for a week. I contacted German customer service and was told that an English speaking colleague would contact me. I was then informed during the conversation that the item I had order was out of stock and that the funds had been refunded to me. So far nothing out of the ordinary and I decided to order a different brand agaiin via ApplePay (Order number 29157411) and as expected a confirmation email followed shortly and following that silence. This time I decided to check the order status and it stated that the order was refunded AGAIN. Called customer service and eventually received a call back from an English speaking colleague and was informed that his colleague that I had spoken to previously was wrong about stock and that the real reason both orders where cancelled was due to the fact that I had paid via Apple pay and that they were refunding all payments received via AP and that I should use the Paypal option. Interestingly enough my friend ordered brake pads on the same day and paid via Apple pay without any problems and received his order few days later, so that wasn't true either. I obliged and did as I was told and paid via Paypal (ATTEMPT 3) (Order number 29236426) and as expected a confirmation email followed shortly and following that silence. I checked the order status and it stated that they needed further information and whilst I was on the phone to AutoDoc the order status changed to refunded AGAIN. After a lengthy conversation with AutoDoc they said they would send me a link (A bit dodgy) to pay via Bank Transfer. I obviously refused and have now decided to take my money elsewhere. Euro Cxr Pxrts rings a bell with smooth online payment and DHL EU wide delivery and no selective treatments of customers. Everyone's money is welcome. The customer service agent I spoke to also suggested that this might be a mechanism to protect against fraudulent activity and couldn't justify the suspicion nor was he willing to receive documents from myself to confirm the genuine nature of the transaction

As always , it's a scam bunch of websites (they offers from EU) in different currency and languages. When you buy something they call you later or send you email that the brand you bough ( though it shows in stock) but now its price gone up do you have to pay more money..or othey way of ripping off is the brand you bought is not in stock (though online it shows in stock- which is an illegal practice against rules of fair trade) they ask you to pay more money as an alternative brand of same part is more expensive. They dont keep anything in stock..once they get order they arrange parts in 48 hours and then delivery takes 7 days do must stay away from this company..customer service is way above awful, what ever you send them email they reply generic copy paste response..proper scammers!!!

Just received word back from auto doc customer service. Brought 2 jeep electric mirrors, no problem with the fit but such an inferior product you couldn’t position it to see anything. Be warned I wasted £80 with this company, don’t waste yours ! Customer service and product not fit for purpose

However unfortunately that is not possible to return the part as it already was mounted and we do not provide returns for mounted parts. We confirm that the search by license or car details can’t guarantee compatibility, because you can install different types of spare parts into your vehicle, with different characteristics and due to the changes that the manufacturer made during years. In the description of every spare part OEM codes are indicated for comparison. What a terrible company. By fast the worst I ever bought from. Bought an item 3 months ago. They said I'll be getting it within a week. Still haven't recieved it. They don't agree to cancel or refund my money. The worst customer service in thr world.

I would give a minus 10 stars if possible. Horrible experience . Placed order 27597591 few weeks ago for headlights and turns out they were for left hand side vehicles (right hand side traffic) so I send them back next day and still waiting for refund. Its over £500 and refund takes ages . Staff on chat is useless as it also take long time to answer your questions. When the chat is open is seams they like to disappear or take ages to answer your question compare to simple phone call. On couple occasions 2 womans just left the chat with excuse for some meeting. After I will get my money I will be shopping somewhere else like skandix or other shops which I can get my goods within 24-72 h. With this useless company you need a week before they ship stuff. Tried order radiator for my volvo and turns out is too big to ship to uk. Skandix shipped next day without problem.Wont be buying again

Wish I'd read the reviews first! Ordered a wing mirror for my car, was sent a defective one that was not as described which become evident when fitted and plugged in. Refused to replace or refund since it had been fitted on the car for ten minutes. Really bad customer service, a different person deals with you everytime you reply to an email, couldn't find my chassis number or OEM part number on their systems either. I wouldn't recommend this company if you get an issue, they will not resolve it and leave you out of pocket!

Autodoc advertise they are co.uk but are in Germany ! Ordered two brake cables - they were 12 inches too short ! Save yourself money and order from manufacturer . They should be called Autof--k .

Stay well clear of this company because there is 100% chance the incorrect parts will arrive. Should have read the reviews first and saved myself €120.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. very bad support experience. still waiting to recieve refund on goods that were returned over a month ago. Replies to mails are always signed off by different people and often request information that is either irrelevant or already covered. Terms and conditions state refund will be issued once proof is provided that goods were returned. This is false would recommend to avoid. Latest is that afert I have been waiting over a month already they need to follow up with courier which according to them may take weeks.

One star. Autodoc are lucky to get that, otherwise, I wouldn't be able to write this. Steer well clear of these shysters! It cost me €21 for the wrong part to be sent. Instigated, by either their usage of wrong part numbers or incompetence in their parts department. It cost me €16,90 to send it back (no refund) using their returns policy plus, 6 weeks and multiple "chats" later before I got my money back. Certainly won't be recommending Autodoc to my many friends/colleagues in the motor industry. An awful (being polite) company to deal with.

Absolutely horrendous service. I've placed an item in my basket and the price increased during the night. Is one price on site and different at the check out. After another try i've purchased an item , they sent me a confirmation email with order number and payment left my account. next day I've emailed them asking abt delivery dates and time, and they just ignored me. on next day i cheated to a customer service and they said my order was canceled 3 days ago because the payment issue without inform me ...

Be careful with their shipping service which is most important aspects. They say and charge you that they are going use DHL for shipping but after that they deliver to local goverment postal service for cutting their operating costs. Until here it seems okay right!!!! I am almost everday sending emails and complaints about my order number 25793104 on 26.11.2019 and still did not arrive. I paid total of 334.17 Pounds for this worst service and they charge me 106.99 for shipping. They send emails from buycarparts.co.uk and Autodoc.co.uk.All emails that they are sending have the same response not any solutions "We checking and we are waiting response from our investigation department" for shut my mouth. They operate from Germany and no one knows where is my shipping package. 2 Brembo brakes and brake pads. I will sue you guys. Give me one reason for giving you 5 stars.

I too wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order which was for a complete fluid-change kit for my ZF auto-box. The filter was the wrong fitment, but of course the new fluid had to be used to refill the box in order for the car to be operational. I have returned the filter & claimed a refund but all I get is emails asking me why I'm not returning the fluid !!

I ordered some parts to my car as was recomended on the site Auto doc and i discovered that one of the part was incompativel after 2 weeks. And support of the autodoc ofered only one solution to buy the part one more time. Just want to sell and not care does the part fit or not. No recomended.

I wish I had read the reviews first. This company sent me the wrong part for my car, which I didn't realize until it was in the garage - I therefore had no choice but to pay the mechanic for extra parts. I didn't think it would be an issue getting a refund, because this was a clear mistake by Autodoc - apparently, though, this is just the beginning of this company's appalling customer service. This seems to be quite a common story from their customers. When I explained the situation and asked them to arrange for collection of the parts, they sent a generic return form, stating the reason as "incorrectly ordered", and told me they would consider my refund after I returned the goods - AT MY OWN EXPENSE. Bearing in mind that this is a 5kg parcel, going to Germany, it would end up costing me almost as much as the refund. This has gone on and on now, with them repeating the same copy and paste response over and over, and continuing, for some reason, to ask my VIN, even though my car is now fixed. So I did, yet even after I gave them the VIN, they simply reverted to their copy-paste refund "policy". It has become very clear to me now that they have no intention of making any effort to rectify their mistake, and I'm afraid I have just lost my money with them - I believe that to return the goods would be a waste of even more. So, now I am stuck with brake discs, for who-knows what type of car, and £40 lighter in the pocket - thanks to Autodoc. I have therefore referred them to the EU's Online Dispute Resolution service.

Parts has no even legal guarantee. They just take your money and doesn't care after that. This company doesn't have customer service, only always different person to sending copy-paste mail.

They make their money by scamming people. They send you wrong parts, and you have to pay to return it. Customer service is non existing. By far the worst experience I have ever had. This is the 3ed day and they still haven’t been able to help me. There is of cause not a number you can call. Only email and a completely useless chat, where you get kicked off, and then you get a new person , where you start all over again. By now I have 34 emails, spend 5 hours on the chat speaking to 7 different people, 3 days later still no solution. Not even close.

Ordered break parts. Nipparts Discs and pads for a yaris and recived incompatible parts from another manufacturer. Without ever contacting me or asking if it was OK to switch manufacturers. Also found out that the pads on their site were not compatible with my car even though the website claims that they are

This is an evidence-based and experience-based review. I live in Trinidad and I placed an order, number 23931878, valued ₤ 753.18 on 7-Oct-2019. The order was supposed to be shipped in 2 parcel shipments but on 22-Oct-2019 when I noticed on DHL website that one of the parcels was recalled by Autodoc company for undisclosed reason and the second one still with DHL Berlin, I contacted Autodoc company to cancel the entire order and advised the Live Chat agent to recall the other parcel since one was already returned. This makes perfect sense for anybody since I do not know the exact contents in each of the parcels, for I may get parts for one side of the vehicle and not for the other side. The Live Chat agent agreed to credit card refund of my money. On 24-Oct-2019, when I noticed in my online bank statement that only ₤ 284.31 was refunded by Autodoc into my credit card account, I contacted through Live Chat agent again to seek further clarification. The agent LIED to say the other parcel had been shipped already and it was the reason why only part of the payment was refunded. I immediately checked the DHL website on that day 24-Oct-2019 for verification and discovered what probably went wrong with the recalled parcel. The DHL put this note on the tracking information: “Th, 24.10.2019 13:30 BZ 64, Kleyerstr. 11, 64295 Darmstadt, Germany - The SLIGHTLY DAMAGED shipment is being repackaged” as can be viewed on the DHL website by tracking number CJ605706180DE Upon this finding, I contacted Autodoc again on the same day and decline to accept DAMAGED GOOD whatsoever and re-advise the agent to recall this parcel while still in Germany just as they recalled the first for undisclosed reason. This agent also LIED claiming it is their company’s policy not to recall any item once out of their warehouse until the purchaser (customer) refuse the delivery and return it to them, ignoring the fact that the same company’s policy unilaterally recalled the first parcel without giving me reason up to this day. By this statement, this agent became adamant that no further money will be refunded to me until I refuse the delivery and shipped back the parcel to them. It means in Trinidad that what these unreasonable agents keep asking me to do is, “go and pay customs taxes first on the damaged goods sent and ship it back to us at my expense”. What a cruel and frustrating way to defraud people of their money. I rejected this order two days prior to its damaged condition notification by DHL, I rejected it on the day of the DHL notification, Autodoc has been trying to force these damaged goods on me and still withholding my refund UNLAWFULLY
