I will never buy anything from this company again, I ordered a pair of Fanfare car horns for a Merc and one turned up, I contacted them and the customer service team is absolutely appalling, telling me that although they show the two tone horns as a pair on the website, you only get one? they have no interest in helping out at all or accepting a return, the manager of that department promised to telephone me twice and has not bothered, enjoy your parts when they are correct because when they are wrong you are on your own and they do not care.

Selected spare part is selling as 1 unit from the manufacturer (BOSCH) and it is low tone horn. The high tone horn has another article number. Dear AUTODOC Team: I had a miserable experience today with your chat employee responsible for order number 20574534. I wasted several hours with nonsensical replies and no will to help a customer that has payed in advance. In summary I wanted to confirm: —> If there was any option for an extra payment and express courier. (There wasn’t). -> If the parts ordered were in stock (First reply Maybe(?!) ... after insisting, Yes) -> If he could confirm that they would be shipped within 48h as explicitly stated in company policy (He said that the parts were to be moved from building to building (?!) when I copy/pasted the company policy message he said it was wrong and needed to be corrected (?!)) -> If I could speak to his manager (His answer was “He speaks German (?!) I said that that should be ok then he answered back that his manager was too busy(?!) After insisting he disconnected the chat (!!)) Finally I lost my patience and call directly to UK phone number. I received written confirmation of parcel shipment in 48h by email instantly. It’s totally useless the way Portuguese chat team is handling your customers. Please check this! Thank you.

Ordered rear light unit, no confirmation email Part that arrived not suitable for u.k. car as fog light on other side email autodoc they said go to main dealer cost of return is prohibitive will not use this firm again German efficiency not as good as we thought ref 22687931

Unfortunately, ordered from them as well: Order No: 17935201 / 16.03.2019 10:36:00 22 days after the purchase, I've informed that my parcel "misrouted". Today, 53 days later, still waiting. They hasn't responded even to my complaints in Paypal where asked a refund 4 days ago. I read here so many bad reviews... Are they disorganized or scam?

I ordered an EGR valve and waited the usual week or so that it takes for a part to arrive in the UK from Germany. Unfortunately, the box arrived damaged with the valve exposed and and on inspection part of a plastic cover was broken off. The packaging was wholly inadequate, an EGR valve was packaged in a metre long box with virtually no internal packaging to stop it moving freely around in the box. I was not surprised to see it damaged. I refused delivery from Royal Mail and contacted Autodoc to explain the part was being returned to them as damaged on arrival and requested the Immediate dispatch of a replacement only to be told that they would not send another until the first one arrived back with them.  I find this extremely poor customer service. The part arrived damaged due to their poor packaging but yet I am further inconvenienced probably by at least another 10 days at best due to their carelessness. They can easily confirm that delivery was denied but refuse to send an immediate replacement. I'm very disappointed with Autodoc! ****Update**** It's now nine days since I returned the part which they say still hasn't arrived, I'm extremely annoyed!

Orderd headlights for Alfa mito. Fitted and took for Mot. Found out they were for Lhd. No option on website to order Lhd or Rhd Would not refund because they had been fitted. Told it was my fault for ordering Lhd lights for Rhd Could not send exchange as do not stock for Rhd. They make out the are U.K based with a U.k website and charging in pounds.

Used the provided tools on the website to identify the parts required. It came up saying it was a match for my vehicle. Parts took 10 days to arrive. Started to fit m to find the items (brake discs) were in fact incorrect and were for the newer model of my car. Contacted them to told the error was my fault as I should have spoken to a member of staff to confirm it was the correct part, who would’ve no doubt used the same computer system with the error on it. And also because I had attempted to fit they could not accept the return. They will not admit to any liability for the error on their website and keep saying I should have checked with them. I DID WITH THEIR ONLINE PARTS CHECKER SERVICE!!! If it can’t be trusted according to them then why do they allow its use?? Extremely poor costumer service. They have mis-sold me an item and are refusing to do anything to help sort it out, except expect me to order more from them. Absolute joke of a company and should be avoided at all costs. I should have just stuck to eurocarparts like normal instead of trying to save £40 as it’s now cost me a damn site more to order again somewhere else and now I’m stuck with these brand new discs I can’t do anything with.

Avoid using this group of companies trading under 'onlinecarparts' Based out of Germany despite the web addresses being .co.uk Sent through a 'branded' item in a dirty, oily bubble wrap bag with no manufacture markings on it at all, but claimed it was still the 'branded' item.... Even after having paid extra for their 'safe return' option, once items were returned to them, they have only refunded the item value, they have refused to refund the VAT that was paid originally on the goods.... Be very aware of using this fraudsters....

All i can say is don't bother using them. More hassle than it's worth. Especially if you need to return an item. Buy from a UK based supplier.

For god sake don't use this company. Don't be taken in by .co.uk, its German company. They will take your order very quickly and payment to, but don't expect anything quickly in return. Have ended up having to cancel my order again for the second time. Lets hope I learn this time.

Worst experience we ever had while ordering clutch kit. Money been paid, had email to confirm card details over the phone. Delivery address and card registrated at the same address. Mary Croft and Tomas Anderson really insists they need card details,or order wouldn’t be proses. Have to cancel my order and in a future,wouldn’t use them again. Even Barclays don’t ask any personal card details over the phone.

Very poor service. You pay top dollar for delivery and get a third rate service. It took ten days for my part to arrive. If you want to fix your car quickly look elsewhere.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Do take heed. Autodoc do not behave properly when there is a problem. In my case, they packaged the items badly causing chemicals to be released and damage other items, then did nothing about solving the problem. You have been warned

Take your chances Despite ordering the correct part they chose to take it upon themselves to send a different brand. It's now been over 2 weeks, going on 3 trying to get either the correct part or a refund. The wrong part has been returned, and they are now trying to charge me a second delivery charge for the correct part to be sent even though they made the mistake. Not an ethical business. Delivery also takes an age.

Scam, They claim to send a package and keep your money! Scam, scam be aware! They take your order you cancel it they refuse to do anything and then ship it after cancellation and 4 month later claims parcel is lost and there is no grounds to refund 887 euro, is this a joke! Never buy from this Berlin scam!

I paid for a spare part on the 16th of November, 40 days later I have not received anything and they refuse to offer a refund. The basically stole my money. Be careful of Autodoc. I am already filing a claim against them on the hope of receiving my money back.

Sold me a part which broke the moment I tried to fit it. I emailed their 'Customer Service' team, got no response, after another email asking for a response they emailed me a pdf form to complete and asked me to send photos of the broken part (even though I had already sent photos in my initial email). Then went quiet for a week or two until I asked for an update - there followed a sequence of emails basically just saying 'we are following our process, please wait'. Finally lost patience and tried to raise a complaint using the webchat function on the website, after about an hour finally got a 'hello, I'm Mitch, how can I help' message, but Mitch then promptly disappeared for another 15 minutes. Eventually I was told someone would call me soon (and someone called Henry did so 10 minutes later - this was the ONLY good bit of customer service in the whole saga) but Henry said that I would have to send the part back at my own expense for the manufacturer to inspect it. He then said that he would look into alternative solutions and promised he would call me or email me that day. But, guess what? No call or email from Henry. And today I got another holding email from them saying "We have been forwarded your request to the department in charge. Soon we will contact you with the further instructions." So 3 weeks after I raised the issue I'm back to square one - Ive got a broken part of very low quality, they still have my money, and I have no idea when they will resolve it or how they will resolve it. This is by far the worst service I have received from any online company I've ordered from. Ive deleted the app and will never use them again.

Misleading catalogue…...two parts that were described as matching my car turned out to be wrong on arrival. I was told it's my fault as I was supposed to contact them first and check whether the part is suitable (!?) So I paid postage to receive the item in the first place, have to pay postage a second time to return their mis-supplied part to Germany and then pay postage a third time to receive the correct goods. If it was my mistake fair enough but it was not. Plus this will take another 2 weeks of precious time. This really puts me off using them again. Not Good.
