AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
very bad support experience. still waiting to recieve refund on goods that were returned over a month ago.
Replies to mails are always signed off by different people and often request information that is either irrelevant or already covered.
Terms and conditions state refund will be issued once proof is provided that goods were returned. This is false
would recommend to avoid.
Latest is that afert I have been waiting over a month already they need to follow up with courier which according to them may take weeks.
