I have a terrible experience with Autodoc costumer service. They sent me a product that was physically broken (on the box there were stickers of many returns already), when I contacted them that I want to return the product which is withing my right (withing 14 days) they told me to fill out warranty card. I explained that claiming warranty on a physically broken product is illegal and considered fraud and that I don't want to do it. They still insist that I should claim warranty and therfore trying to force me to commit fraud by causing damage to the manufacturer of the product. I don't trust their services anymore and I still didn't get my money back for the product that they sent damaged, even after admitting that they sent a broken product.
