The worst company ever! I'm still waiting for refund, almost since month we have return goods, email them several times, chat two times, given them shipmet ID, 200€ they need to refund us.
They say on website: We can refuse to make the refund until we have received back the goods or until you have produced evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
We have given them shipment ID, witch is evidence, has check from EU consumer help, still they preted that they do not know what that means and do not give us money back.
