“I bought a Aircon compressor from AUTODOC. I wasn’t sure if I was buying the right one therefore I contacted customer service who advised me it was the correct one and also suggested I buy a dryer for the air compress. I enquired if I need both and I said it was highly recommended Customer service recommendations and ask them to add it to the order. Good job, I did because it was needed without the help I wouldn’t have bought it. Well done, AUTODOC Recommendation . I also had reservations whether the compressor was the white one and they showed me it was even though it looked different Compare to the original. However, yet again, AUTODOC customer service was correct by stating it will fit my vehicle. Thank you, Autodoc for the correct part and for your recommendation., are used live chat to speak with them and it took minutes too start communicating with them . I can’t confirm the compressor and the dryer are fitted in my vehicle and it works absolutely perfectly . Keep up the good work AUTODOC Customer Service”

“I have had a number of items from Autodoc for my Mercedes C250 estate, and they have been top quality products. Recently I inadvertantly ordered the wrong tailgate gas struts, and had to return them and order the correct ones, Autodoc replaced them with no issues whatsoever, and the process of returning them was quick, simple, and free of charge. 1st class service, I would recommend them to anyone!”

“AUTODOC have good prices if you’re ordering parts send them your VIN number and there’s no problem from the start. My only problem is with Evri they can take a bit of time delivering orders.”

“As far as receiving £10 when you invite a friend to purchase items, the friend has a £10 credit for purchase, but I haven't received my £10 for the invite. Other than than that the parts are spot on.”
