It took over 9 days for the car parts to reach the UK. By which time it was too late, as I had to get the car fixed for work. I returned the parts to Germany for a refund, which they’ve acknowledged receiving. Firstly, I was offered a credit to my car parts account, which I declined and asked for a full refund. However, I'm still waiting for the refund, which is taking forever. I’ve received conflicting emails from Quality Control department. Some said 1-2 days for the refund, others have said 7-8 days for a refund. All of these timeframes have now been and gone and I have still no idea when or whether I'll receive my money back.
