Have used them for a while now, I have to agree that delivery is a bit slow, however great range and normally excellent prices. I have had to return a few items in the past and have always found their service with this excellent, i do always have safe order i admit its about £4 per order but i find it worth it. i probably order of them on a weekly basis, some of the items i buy from them are so much cheaper that its worth me stocking. They are helpful.
