The order was sent to my billing address, not the shipping address that was provided. This now requires a drive across town to collect. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that there has been a logistical issue with an order, with a previous one initially overlooked (to be fair, it was sent express post once I’d chased up to enquire about the status).
I utilise all the usual suspects to provide my automotive needs (with price being the overriding selection criteria). So while I’ve had no issues with the actual items supplied by AS, my experience of a 25% “miss” rate on logistics will mean I’m very cautious about using them going forward.
