My initial experience was good when I ordered the part, it arrived in good time as it was near christmas, when I received the part it did not fit, so contacted the store and could not get any response so then rang and got on to a sales rep that gave me the procedure for returning the part. I had to order the right part and pay for it as I was told that this was the fastest way to do the change over. I have received the new part that fits, but I have sent emails every few days with no reply till I sent one that I asked to speak to the complaints manager, I got a reply that stated they have been inundated with returns and are working their way through them. They could have told me this over a week ago and I would have been more forgiving , but silence is not golden, it erodes your trust in the company your dealing with. All I want is for them to let me know when they are giving me the refund of the wrong part, not hard I would have thought.
