Actually using Superstore website is great, however what I find frustrating when purchasing online in Australia and it certainly no fault of AS is how long the postage takes. 21 days from the purchase date to the receiving date is unacceptable. Australia post is not doing Aussie businesses any favours. As an example I ordered a part from the UK that wasn't available at the AS store it arrived in 6 days. If I had known my order was going to take 21 days with AS I would have ordered them from the UK.
