Went onto your website, saw the 10% discount offer and followed th einstructions, got emails saying I was now a member and another that I successfully subscribed to your newsletter. When it came to ordering and finalisng payment and applying that code, it kept saying invalid code, whether I copied and pasted it in, or typed it by hand, same result. I rang and was told I needed to have an account first, but the instruction never mentioned that, so I missed out. THen, unlike others, I stioll haven't received any message that it has been sent out, nor could I find anything on your website stating that you had it in stock or not.
