Service was good and order was delivered fairly slowly but what i was disappointed with was that i had a 10 % off card for my next order and when i entered the code during checkout it would not accept it. Coupon code was to expire on the 30th April 2024 so it was a valid code. I entered the code on a few occasions to make sure that i had entered the correct code and would like to know why your company failed to accept the code and honour your 10% off offer and why you offer the discount if you fail to honour such discounts. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with your company.
