All the parts I wanted were available and a good price which I was happy with. Unfortunately I had an issue with the website not able to proceed through checkout but the staff called me to help me with the order. There could be an improvement in freight durations/delivery times displayed at checkout. The 1-3 days delivery note should be updated to communicate that it’s the amount of days to prepare the order. I think this format was setup to bring in more orders but it has a negative effect on customer side. Could also include free shipping on orders above eg $100 not $500, most retailers these days have a lower threshold to qualify for free shipping.
