When the order was placed, no indication was given that the filters were to be sourced from America. It was only when I attended your store on 7 Nov 2024 that a representative informed me of this. My project was scheduled to start on 11 Nov 24 but that was shelved because I'm still waiting. You need to inform your customers that a product is unavailable when they are about to place a order.
