Have ordered parts from you guys a few times now and while everything so far has eventually arrived, the time it takes just for orders to be dispatched seems to be a big issue. Many things I've ordered would say 1-3 days to dispatch but I'm often left waiting more than a week sometimes two before having to contact you guys for an update to which then the order is suddenly shipped.
Currently on day #4 waiting for my most recent order to be shipped at the time of this review.
