I just received a parcel from you for a Ryco filter Invoice No. 100802781
Please see the packing list and photos attached.
The filter is damaged as it was not fitting in the carton without being bent.
The photo clearly shows the filter protruded out of the box when I opened the box.
Note the creases in the filter box.
Due to the requirement to have a filter here by Thursday I have had to make other arrangements.
Can you please refund me the cost of the filter to my credit card on which I paid for the filter
