Order process was standard but delivery and communication very poor. The only communication is outward via text to the customer. This would be ok if the information was accurate. I had shock absorbers but the bushes needed were in a lost separate order. Hopeless. If you want to be a reliable retail player you must be interested in changing your really poor customer service. 1 out of 10.
