On line purchase software is, in my opinion, in need of an update. Instructions or progress and confirmation of purchase is complicated and confusing. Superstore has too many marketing messages. I had several attempts to clarify/check my recent [current] purchase. In frustration I let the system go through only because the total dollar value was low.
I only wanted one purchase of two filters. I have received three confirmation emails.
I dont have this problem using Ebay or other direct contact suppliers.
