Absolutely terrible experience, placed order on the 14th July for 4 items. 2 weeks passed and nothing so emailed they stated an issue with an item on receiving from supplier. Another week passed nothing. They finally sent out part of the order on the 5th August. The remaining part on the 7th August which was wrong.
I suspect they drop ship from suppliers but do not inform you.
I will not be using them in the future. Terrible service stay away
