Don’t waste your time.
I purchased a full sound system for my car, all items listed “in stock”
They say dispatch time is 1-3 business days. So I emailed after the 3 business days, got a generic message response from a sales representative (Guy Davies) basically saying “yep your order is all good, it should be sent this afternoon“.
It became apparent that the sales person didn’t actually check on the order or do the bare minimum because the following day I got a email stating that an item they sold me has actually been discontinued.
When I questioned to why this wasn’t pick up on the day prior I got a response from another sales representative (Mikko).
Saying we are trying to work with management to see what we can do.
At this point it was about a week after I purchased my order.
Mikko come back with the options refunding the money for the item they sold me but didn’t have or I could pay more money for the item they did have, but they gave me a “discount” for their stuff up.
I paid this instantly when informed of the amount owing.
I was told it would be sent express within 1 - 2 business days. That was over two business days ago.
Don’t give timelines if you clearly can’t follow them.
So I initially made the order on 3rd of September two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been sent.
