Policy No 2037LS24227 Ref No 2841427/3/rEA/MBIL My wife Janette Poyner rang to cancel the insurance on our VW Golf, due to her being allowed back on the Motability scheme. They told her the underwriters would be giving back £186.35p and we would get back £106.40p due to a cancellation fee of £79.95p. When she queried the cancellation fee she was told it would be in the t&c's. So for an insurance that was taken out in mid July and cancelled early November we have lost over £200 for 3 1/2 months insurance. Scandalous.
