They are thieves
They sold me a policy and sent me paperworkwork with someone elses name on, they then refused to speak with me because i didbt have the persaonal detail of this other person, however they did take over £ 400.00 from me, after numerous lengthy waits in there useless holding system theyfinally agreed to listen to the recoding of my conversation when taking out the policy, admitted that they had MiSS SOLD me a policy and agreed a full refund, still waiting 4 weeks later, DO NOT SEND YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE IDIOTS
