I have been insured with them for the past 3 years and the price has always been very competitive so I have had no issues, until today when I changed address and the extortionate cost they have charged me for a simple administration of change to an address.
My insurance premium was £278 and they have charged me £105.78 for the next 5 months this borderlines daylight robbery.
I definitely will not be renewing my insurance policy with them in June out of principle, how they can charge so much so a simple administration is beyond belief.
