Wow. How unfortunate that so many people have had such a bad experience. I personally have had a fine experience. Went through Compare the market and all correspondence has been via email and I've found that to be most enjoyable. My no claims was received promptly and to this day I've had no problems. However, I am looking to buy a new vehicle soon, and I do hope I get a fair service. Mrs c toogood
