Customer service is shocking. I knew my policy was on an auto renew so I called Autonet 7 days before the policy expired to cancel the renewal. All was cancelled until a week later I get an email congratulating me on taking out my insurance policy with Autocrap!...I mean Autonet.
No repose to emails.......calls cost a fortune...... and now I've just seen they've taken more money from my account.
