yet again one of you lot rang me with all of your insincerere customer service talk with absolutely no substance behind it. yet again you promised to both send out my docs and also email the TODAY to my preferred email address r.cookeheat2000@btconnect.com and YET AGAIN YOU DONT DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO HERES HOW IT IS:- 1. If I don't receive my docs by email today to the email address above I will complain to the ombudsman and to LV directly 2. If I don't receive my docs through the post by tomorrow morning FRIDAY 13/11/15 I will take the above action. Don't bother with not enough time you've had since 29/10/15 and already broken two promises three if you count the original!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3. Upon renewal I would not go with you if you offered it for FREE!! I would not recommend you to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!! 4.
