This is the second year I have renewed my car insurance with Autonet, on both occasion the process was straight forward and the best aspect of renewing with Autonet, for me, was I could do it all 100% online - even sign my direct debit agreement - thus reducing the need for phone call and paper docs having to be signed and posted off (because admittedly I am not good at following up on paper based docs) overall a very satisfied customer. Oh yes and the price of my insurance was in line with other competitors so again - very satisfactory.
