Had to change my policy and spent about an hour and a half on the first call getting passed around different scripted staff. Got fed up and went to look online at other quotes. Found quotes with the same company much cheaper than they were quoting me on the phone- I arranged for them to phone me back this time which was useful. Once again, had to speak to more than one person but finally got someone who knew what he was doing and got things sorted out. I have found all insurance companies to be like this and get very frustrated at the process. Online quotes are a waste of energy as you then need to do the phone time. Just phone them in the first place.
