having taken 2 full payments for the year and 3 phone calls to get one payment back it took2 days to get a reply only to be told it would take 10 days to refund me and they wouldn't know which account they would pay back into.
This is totally unacceptable when they take out monies immediately but can't refund for 10 days starting the day after they call back
