Very long-winded process, only wanted to change the address on my policy and it cost me £80 plus whatever the 70 minute phone call will be! No offer to call me back, just put on hold and passed from person to person, each time having to repeat myself!
Not happy & not impressed! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
