Total rip off, my insurance due to finish then wasn't contacted about this, autonet then automatically renewed my policy and increased amount £40 from the previous year! Called up using my phone bill with no call back and was told I can cancel but will cost around £400+premium charges as I'm already one month into the renewal, also told that if I cancel I wouldn't receive my no claims bonus from them as I should of cancelled before the previous year ended. Poor customer service just repeating the same things over and over like reading from a script. AVOID these if you can
