The process was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in entering my birth year (1945, should have been 1943). Auto net spotted the error and called me. I was surprised at the size of the increase on correction of the error. I was passed backwards and forwards several times between Sales and Admin, and everyone tried to sell me legal cover that I didn't want. I would have rated excellent on the initial process, fairly good thereafter.
