Discraseful customer services, would not let me issue a formal complaint or speak to a manager over the phone, loaded both my policies with extra premiums due to their errors then expect my to pay £50,00 cancellation fees even when the fault wasnt mine.
As a result I am now taking the company to court as this legalised theft has to stop.
