I was pleased with the price for my insurance renewal even though it was with my original insurance company who I had been a loyal customer Autonet saved me over a £100. What I was not happy with I reported a no-fault claim it asked for aprox date which I give as I was unsure of date. I then received a letter asking for an additional £20 as they said I had too claims. It was obvious that this was the date I had guessed and the actual date. I rang to try and get it amended was passed from pillar to post and I am still not sure if this has been amended now as I have not received confirmation. I feel this was poor communication between my insurance company and Autonet and could have been resolved by one email or telephone call instead of me having to ring listen to music be passed to wrong departments etc etc...... so be careful if inform of a claim it is the correct date otherwise the data base will have claims that are incorrect.
