Bought insurance online via a comparison website. Set up monthly payments but had a change of mind and emailed them asking to pay in one payment instead. I had a phone call the next working day from a very helpful lady and it was sorted instantly. I have been kept updated via email regarding changes at every point. Fab service. Would recommend
