I was happy with the service provided until the requests for extra information started coming in, such as details of no claims bonus and the inadequacy of the DVLA driver's check code, necessitating a scan of the front of the driving licence.
I prefer to know up front what is required, rather than a piecemeal approach. Such an approach indicates to me that you don't know what you are doing until you have to do it!
