Gave honest answer "no" to question "have you made a claim". After paying premium they asked for £80 more because I'd not informed them that my van had been stolen in the previous year, even though it was soon recovered and no claim at all was made. They then charged £25 to cancel the policy even though it had not begun! This is sharp practice.
