I was speaking to a young man who was very helpful in me deciding what I needed to insure buildings and contents. I explained at first that my husband did everything such as insurance but because he left me I now had to do this myself although I had no idea about insurance. The young man was kind and courteous too, thank you again and well done young man.
P.S. As a Man City fan I didn't mind at all that he supported Stoke City!
