I have never come across such incompetence. I received a notice of pending cancellation for not providing information, yet the email states no documents required.
I then send required information over and it is logged on live Charli so I have proof they have the info, turns out someone in the office didn't add it too the file.
Another week on another email pending cancellation. Would never recommend and will be taking it further as now costing me time and money. Avoid at all costs.
